My training

I started with a basic training of 2 years then 3 years and more of specializations:

At the European School of Socio- and Somato-Analytical Psychotherapy for obtaining certification as a somatotherapist

I was trained by Dr. Richard Meyer, a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, doctor of sociology, member of the Polish Academy of Medicine, as well as by some of the 50 psychiatrist, doctor, psychologist, paramedic and artist trainers who teach at this school.

Then I continued my training with specializations in:

- Systemic and family therapies, family constellations.

- Gestalt, Eco-Gestalt: contact and reception therapy.

-Victimology: Theory, practice and clinical practice to support “victim” people with post-traumatic personalities.

Tools and protocols for short and medium-term therapies.

- The voice: Tools and techniques to discover and develop your vocal abilities, improve your communication and assert yourself. Speaking and singing voice, voice analysis,

- Reichian Somatoanalysis

Work on the muscular-character shell, energy circulation, and actions on the Reichian rings. An integrative approach to vegetotherapy.

- Socioanalysis, socio-somatanalysis, group therapy, coaching

- Somatic experimenting (Cefort training)

-Training on perinatal matrices by Stanislas Grof

Currently, I continue to actively participate in certified and non-certified training. In addition to supervision, I regularly exchange with therapists from various backgrounds to perfect my tools.
